Hello Everyone—

I know you all just wrapped up your town hall - I trust you’re as excited as I am with the good news. Previously I sent you all a update, I mentioned the following: “I believe in this crew. You all are some of the most motivated and talented creators we have had the opportunity to work with - and we’re eager for that relationship to endure.”

Given your hard work and versatility, particularly over the last year, you consistently demonstrate that.

The community feedback from last fall’s the game playtest was enlightening. It confirmed the potential of a roguelike shooter but made clear we still had improvements to make. It uncovered the need for a more distinct identity.

The progress is encouraging to see how far you’ve advanced. You took the feedback to consideration and overhauled Project ETHOS with a revitalized vision - one that’s poised to deliver on its potential to our players.

The belief in this project increases every day. To further the incredible development you’ve made, I am thrilled to welcome the new hire as the incoming Lead of the team. After several months of conversations, Ben officially joins us on next week.

His leadership and background in the competitive gaming field is extensive, having dedicated the recent years producing and overseeing some of the most popular series in the industry, including Call of Duty: Black Ops, and lately, the battle royale hit.
